Wear resistance

Tiannuo uses Q345B domestic high-quality high-strength structural steel. Due to its high wear resistance, it is suitable for light working environments such as general clay excavation and sand, soil, and gravel loading. In addition, NM400 wear-resistant steel plate can reduce the use cost of the product, extend the service life, and improve economic benefits due to its excellent wear resistance.
Impact resistance
The excavator may be subjected to strong impact during work, so the production materials need to have a certain impact resistance to ensure the structural integrity and safe use of the excavator. We use alloy steel to add specific alloy elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, etc. to improve the toughness and strength of the material, thereby enhancing its impact resistance.
